Calyptus Consulting offers a comprehensive set of consulting services to help transit agencies improve their transit management performance and compliance with Federal requirements. We assist organizations with Triennial Review preparation related to Federal Transit Administration (FTA) requirements. We offer consulting services to guide our clients through preventive and corrective measures to meet the compliance requirements of FTA grants.

The Consulting Program Includes:

Assessing alignment with 49 CFR, 2 CFR 200, FTA Circular 5010, and FTA Circular 9030 guidelines.
Providing benchmarking output for productivity.
Completing the analysis, design, and implementation of policies and procedures based on transit best practices in the areas of financial management, grants management, maintenance, Title VI, DBE, ADA, Procurement, Drug and Alcohol, EEO, Public Participation, and other key areas. Improving any transit-related capabilities.

Our Qualifications

Calyptus Consulting is a company with over 20 years of experience in transit management, having conducted over 300 FTA reviews. We are experts in federal grants management and compliance with 2 CFR 200. All staff have master’s or doctoral-level educational backgrounds. We have been an FTA Contractor since 1996.
