STRATEGIC SOURCING

Over the past years, Calyptus Consulting Group, Inc. has developed commodity plans, sourcing strategies, and project implementation plans for over ten (10) large projects. All of these projects started with a strategic sourcing assessment, including data development and analysis.


Calyptus facilitates category teams in performing spend analysis and strategic sourcing for all direct and indirect commodities. We follow 7-Step Strategic Sourcing and Implementation process and reserve auction processes to achieve additional cost savings for our clients. We currently have over 18,000 pages of documentation, templates, forms, and procedures applicable to strategic sourcing.
