Eprocurement System Assessment

We use a tool that assesses the quality of eProcurement from a usage, quality of data, and ROI perspective. We also assess the eBusiness capability of suppliers, and conduct an overall IT Self-assessment focused on planning, organizing, directing, and controlling.

Process Management Analysis

We use Value stream analysis and a process analysis framework to assess each key process and provide feedback on efficiency and results. A six-step continuous improvement model is used to describe potential improvements. We use a four stage process management framework across the dimensions of design, roles and responsibilities, infrastructure, and metrics to evaluate the potential for each key process. We focus our efforts on simplifying the steps used, making the steps fail safe, and continuously improving the results. We employ a standard process in conducting procurement system reviews for federal, state, and local governments. Calyptus uses a 7-step Strategic Sourcing process and Category Management process to identify and manage procurement projects.

Supply chain assessment

A comprehensive five part survey evaluates the client's lean supply chain. We also use a supply chain questionnaire to evaluate quality management, factory flow, production processes, master planning, procurement, data integrity and results achieved. A supplier quality system survey and supplier self-assessment survey are used to evaluate supply chain quality.

CCG Quick Assessment

This tool is used to quickly assess the client's supply management system and results during a two day visit. We also use a supplier assessment tool and supplier qualification process to determine the overall potential for supplier excellence. Further, we use a six-element evaluation format to assess the organization’s supply chain quality.
