On-Site and e-Learning Courses

Calyptus offers a comprehensive selection of on-site training courses and a core selection of e-Learning courses to meet the training needs of your organization.

Calyptus is also an approved DAU Equivalency provider.

Training Needs Assessment

This is a comprehensive evaluation of training and development needs based on job descriptions, experience, employee reviews, and an independent testing of knowledge. A 12-part questionnaire is used to determine overall training requirements.

Capacity building evaluation

This process is used to assess how the organization recruits talent, trains and develops staff, and measures how the organization is progressing towards excellence. A supply management organizational capabilities survey is employed to provide information of knowledge and skills presently in place and the gaps to close in the future.

Skills and Knowledge Assessment

We use a 102 question survey aimed at determining the level of knowledge and skills within the client's supply management corps, and the noted gaps.

Alignment process analysis

We assess the alignment of the client's process to the overall strategy and objectives of the organization. A survey relating to high performing work teams is used to identify gaps in processes. Further, the full system if strategic sourcing is evaluated against best practices, using CCG tools and data.
