Calyptus performs comprehensive organizational review and studies job classifications, workload and staffing. We employ FTE analysis tools to evaluate staffing based on best practices and industry standards. This work covers both managerial and unionized workforces.
For the State of Connecticut, we evaluated job classifications in the Department of Transportation on a state-wide basis.
We assessed the business and procurement groups in the City of Portland, including the mail, emerging business, business systems, and construction outreach. Calyptus evaluated the headcount and organization at Associated Electric Cooperative, Inc, an electric utility based in Missouri serving three surrounding states.
We conducted an organizational and job classification assessment of the Department of General Services in the City of Sacramento. This study focused on updating job descriptions and functions as well as policies and procedures. In addition, we evaluated the functional organizations at over sixty (60) rapid transit agencies in the United States.
