We evaluate the quantitative and qualitative aspects of purchasing results and determine gaps in performance. We establish work teams to accomplish targeted projects to meet higher-level goals based on benchmarked results.
Calyptus typically works as a facilitator or full team member in the project work, leaving the team leadership role to the client organization.
