In addition to our permanent staff, Calyptus also employs contractors and 1099 employees who work directly with our clients on-site.
In the private sector, our consultants serve Fortune 500 as well as smaller companies, locally, regionally and globally, with development of client-specific strategies and training and consulting solutions that focus on and improve capabilities, performance and goals.
We guide clients through supply chain assessments, contract compliance, cost evaluation, and assist with the ever-changing dynamics of managing supply value chains. We train client staff and assist in implementation of improvement initiatives, including lean management and strategic sourcing. Solutions may include e-business, business process reengineering, usage control, training, policy and procedure development, innovation and organization restructuring activities.
Calyptus assesses organizational design and staffing, and conducts FTE analyses.
Our government focus is in Federal Acquisition, Subcontracting, Purchasing, Organizational Design and Staffing, and Process Improvement. We have conducted over 90 full-scale staffing reviews and organizational assessments.
