Ms. Gianneschi holds an MA from Georgetown University in Russian and East European Studies and a BA from George Washington University in International Affairs.
General Experience
Ms. Gianneschi currently specializes in market research, data collection, and information analysis. Additionally, she manages the eLearning component of the firm’s client services package.
Representative Consulting and Training Experience
Since joining Calyptus in 2008, Ms. Gianneschi has worked with a number of state, national and international agencies to analyze current processes and to develop training to improve performance in the areas of procurement and supply chain management.
In the course of these projects, she has:
- Completed eight (8) full procurement systems reviews of Federal Transit Administration grantees.
- Assisted in the administration of a series of workshops for FTA grantees designed to train them on best practices in procurement and meeting Federal requirements in their procurement activities.
- Consulted on eLearning strategies and developed ten (10) online procurement training modules with animation and voiceover interaction for the World Bank.
- Conducted training on purchasing under Federal grants for the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe in New York.
- Researched parts pricing and availability for the Oregon Department of Health and Human Services and the U.S. Navy.
- Researched grants administration best practices for the Georgia Department of Transportation.
Professional Memberships and Certifications
Ms. Gianneschi has a Certificate in eLearning Development from the American Society of Training and Development and is a member of the eLearning Guild. Additionally, she is in the process of obtaining a FAC-C Level I certification.
