Incentive Contracting

Topics covered include choosing the right type of contract; regulatory basics; cost plus incentive fee contracts; constructing share ratios; fixed price incentive contracts; cost-plus-award-fee and fixed-price-award-fee contracts; award term incentive contracts; and administering the incentive contracting process.
