Improving Communication in Procurement

This 1-day Improving Communication in Procurement  program focuses on improving participants' written and oral communication skills, including effective listening skills. Participants will learn to improve letter and memo writing, as well as the keys to writing effective reports. Resolving communication problems and conflict resolution will be discussed. An assessment tool will be used to provide feedback to participants on their communication skills. Specific communications in purchasing will be highlighted and used as examples.
