Aspects of Purchasing
This 1-day program will cover the
gamut of legal aspects of purchasing faced by the buying community. The
Uniform Commercial Code, and the differences between buying products and
services will be highlighted. The principles of agency, contracts,
authority, warranties, inspection and acceptance, termination,
applicable laws, remedies, claims, and offer and acceptance will be
covered.
