Contract Administration

As a result of attending this 3-day program, participants will be able to prepare a delivery order; write a Contract Administration Plan; execute roles and responsibilities in contract management; effectively manage contractor’s performance; review and approve appropriate contract changes; assess and approve contractor invoices; develop closeout files for task orders or contracts; and adequately complete and compile contract files.
