This 2-day program provides hands-on knowledge and skill related to competition and price analysis in subcontracts under the FAR.  Specific documentation and analytical requirements will be covered for competitive and non-competitive procurement.

As a result of attending this program, participants will:

 

Provide direction on the circumstances allowing for single and sole source procurements

 

Indicate requirements for adequate price competition

 

Establish methods of price analysis and documentation requirements

 

Define circumstances for negotiations and file documentation requirements

 

Ensure that the Company’s staff are following intention of the FAR and its published operating procedures
